Let's Move Together This Fall! 

Friend, if you are overwhelmed by the thought of running or walking a 5k or 10k for the first time, do not fret. We intend to help you grow during this season right alongside you!

How Will We Train?

To help you complete your move challenge, we are providing you weekly plans to be able to complete a 5K (three miles) or 10K (five miles) walk/run by the end of October. We hope this challenge inspires you to not just increase your physical fitness but also to create a long-lasting holy habit. 

Included in the price of your 6-Week Move Challenge is our Spiral-Bound Fall Wellness Guide // Protect Your Peace. 


It's no secret that moving helps our bodies circulate blood, clear our minds, and relieves tension and stress. But have you ever considered your walk or your run to be a holy habit that helps you set boundaries so you can listen to your body and focus on God? 

Choose Your Option - Study with us In-Person or Online 

In-Person: Sunday, September 11 - Sunday, October 9 | 6 a.m.

Meet at the Kiwanis Park at Westgate. We will have a short devotional and then walk/run on the Westgate Trail.

6-Week Move Challenge - Sessions will be recorded and available each Monday after the LIVE course. 

Sign-Up to participate in an event local to you or join us for one (or both) of these races in Dothan, Al:

- Saturday, October 15 - Champions of Hope (registration fee separate)

- Saturday, October 29 - Dothan Running Festival - 5K or 10K (registration fee separate)

Supplies Needed:

- One copy of our Fall Wellness Guide // Protect Your Peace (included in course price)

-  Water bottle, comfy walking/running shoes

- Bible, pen, and journal

Walking and running can be done indoors or outside and is a great way to also implement the habits of prayer, setting boundaries, and creating healthy coping skills; which we will be working through during the fall months. 

We hope you can join us for our Fall Move Course!

Our Fall Move Challenge is non-refundable. If an in-person meeting is missed, the course will be available online for all participants. A COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed by all participants. This course is a small group event (less than 16 participants) to help us maintain social distancing.

Rest Restores. 

We know that rest restores the soul because rest is a practice God put in place for His people at the beginning of creation to give us peace, or Shalom. Our hope is that you will find restorative rest during your day of Reset. You are allowed to rest. You don't need to feel guilty and it's okay if you feel anxious at first about taking time for yourself. But our hope is that as you eat wonderful food and linger over the unhurried, intentional conversation that you will begin to let go of any stronghold that the enemy has wrapped around you. You have permission to freely worship your Father with adoration and joy. And laugh with women who will most certainly become your friend. You not only have permission to rest, but you also have permission to fully become the person God has created you to be. You just have to carve out time to be still.
